Guests are responsible for making independent air arrangements. Please provide flight schedules by October 5th 2026 to arrange transfers.

A deposit of $100 per room plus applicable cost for travel insurance is required to reserve space. Rates are per person, per night based on the room category and total occupancy.
IMPORTANT
See Payment Schedule below for deposit amounts and due dates. All payments must be made on or before due dates to avoid risk of cancellation.
- Deposit and Insurance due as soon as possible to secure space ($50/person plus insurance)
- First deposit $50.00 per person with insurance payment due on or before July 1 2026
- Second deposit $150.00 per person due on or before August 1 2026
- Final Payment due on or before September 1 2026
Shared Transfer Rates: Adult $25 per person & Children $13 per child. Shared transfers automatically added to your invoice. Private transfers are available (up to 6 guests) for an additional $89.00 per vehicle. Guests must provide flight details no later than 45 days prior to travel to arrange transfers.
IMPORTANT: Rooms have maximum occupancy of three adults and one child or two adults and two children ages 3-12. Swim Out Rooms have maximum occupancy 3 adults and are not suitable for children. There is no cost for infants two years old and younger.
All travelers are responsible for reviewing names dates of birth and reservation details to ensure they match independent air schedules and passport information.
